Return Policy

Our return policies vary depending on which product brand is being returned.  If you need assistance determining which category your product falls into please email us at ahappychildhood@gmail.com

Return Policy-

If an item was shipped incorrectly or is defective, please let us know within 10days of receiving the goods and we’ll refund your postage and ship the right item at no cost to you.

Otherwise, items must be returned, at your cost, within 30days after the purchase date and a refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, a credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation
Items purchased with promotion codes or gift cards are refundable for exchange only.
Please remember any returned merchandise must be in its original condition, packaging with tags, unwashed and unworn, accompanied by the original sales receipt.
If you wish to return the merchandise email our customer service:  ahappychildhood@gmail.com  for a return authorization.

If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email ahappychildhood@gmail.com  with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. ahappychildhood@gmail.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.
